Objectives of Study: |
With the assistance of the target calculation module and transcranial magnetic stimulation positioning ruler, TMS stimulation can achieve precise target localization guided by functional magnetic resonance brain imaging without relying on navigation systems and equipment; Promote the research and clinical application of personalized and precise positioning TMS therapy guided by magnetic resonance imaging and improve the efficacy of TMS in hemiplegia after stroke. |

纳入标准: |
健康成人被试拟从电子科技大学清水河校区招募。入组标准为年龄18-30岁,男女各半,右利手,无药物滥用史,同意进行rTMS干预,并通过TMS安全筛查,既往无癫痫病及其他神经精神疾病,无运动系统疾病,无MRI扫描禁忌症,无头部外伤及心脏病史;所有fMRI图像的头动幅度平动<1mm,旋动<1°。 脑卒中病人拟从成都体育学院附属体育医院招募。入组标准为年龄30-70岁,纳入标准包括:(1)初次发病,非外侧运动区脑卒中病灶,病程2周-3个月;(2)单侧半球损伤的偏瘫;(3)Brunnstrom分级(Brunnstrom, 1966)≤IV期;(4)同意在常规治疗基础上进行rTMS治疗,并通过TMS安全筛查,既往无癫痫病及其他神经精神疾病,无其他运动系统疾病;(5)无MRI扫描禁忌症,无头部外伤及严重心脏病史;(6)无意识障碍(7)可以配合主试完成量表测评、MRI扫描及TMS治疗;(8)所有fMRI图像的头动幅度平动<2mm,旋动<2°;(9)近期未服用具有肌松弛作用的药物。 |

Inclusion criteria |
Healthy adult subjects are planned to be recruited from the Qingshuihe Campus of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. The inclusion criteria are 18-30 years old, half male and half female, right-handed, without a history of drug abuse, agreeing to rTMS intervention, and passing TMS safety screening. There is no previous history of epilepsy or other neurological and psychiatric diseases, no motor system diseases, no contraindications to MRI scanning, and no history of head injury or heart disease; The head movement amplitude of all fMRI images is less than 1mm in translation and less than 1 ° in rotation. Stroke patients are planned to be recruited from the Affiliated Sports Hospital of Chengdu Sport University. The inclusion criteria are aged 30-70 years old, including: (1) initial onset, non lateral motor area stroke lesion, with a course of 2 weeks to 3 months; (2) Hemiplegia with unilateral hemisphere injury; (3) Brunnstrom grading (Brunnstrom, 1966) ≤ Phase IV; (4) Agree to receive rTMS treatment on the basis of routine treatment, and pass TMS safety screening. Have no previous history of epilepsy or other neurological and psychiatric diseases, and no other motor system diseases; (5) No contraindications for MRI scanning, no history of head injury or serious heart disease; (6) Unconscious disorder (7) can cooperate with the main participant to complete scale evaluation, MRI scanning, and TMS treatment; (8) The head movement amplitude of all fMRI images is less than 2mm in translation and less than 2 ° in rotation; (9) have not taken any medication with muscle relaxation effect recently. |

排除标准: |
排除标准包括:(1)有较严重的合并症(包括肾肝功能不全、心肌梗塞、心衰、消化道出血、严重感染、精神障碍及痴呆、癫痫、骨关节病变等);(2)有明显的意识或精神异常者;(3)有幽闭恐惧症者;(4)体内安装有心脏起搏器者;(5)不能配合者;(6)妊娠期妇女。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
