研究目的：

本研究旨在从肠道菌群水平上找到精神分裂患者合并超重/肥胖及相关脑影像学异常的原因，为其认知功能的纠正提供新的治疗靶点，对改善患者社会功能、早日回归社会具有重要的现实意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to identify the causes of combined overweight/obesity and related brain imaging abnormalities in schizophrenic patients at the level of intestinal flora, providing new therapeutic targets for the correction of their cognitive function, which is of great practical significance for improving their social function and early return to society.

纳入标准：

精神分裂症患者的入组标准： ①符合国际疾病分类手册第 10 版（International classification of mental and behavior disorders，10th revision，ICD-10）中精神分裂症的诊断标准，经简明国际神经精神访谈定式临床检查病人版［mini-SCID（structured clinical interview）for patient］评定后入组； ②年龄16～55岁，右利手；③受教育年限≥6年，能配合完成本研究的各项测试；④患者家属或法定监护人充分了解本研究内容并签署知情同意书。 健康对照组的入组标准 ：①健康对照组（miniSCID for non-patient）经访谈评估明确目前精神健康；②既往无精神疾病史及精神疾病家族史；③年龄16～55岁，右利手；④教育年限≥6 年，能配合完成本研究各项测试；⑤本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients with schizophrenia: ① meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Mental and Behavior Disorders (ICD-10), and pass the brief international neuropsychiatric interview-based clinical examination [mini-SCID]. (structured clinical interview) for patient] into the group after evaluation; ② aged 16-55 years old, right-handed; ③ years of education ≥ 6 years, able to cooperate with the completion of various tests of this study; ④ family members or legal guardians of patients fully understand the content of this study and signed the informed consent. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group: ①healthy control group (mini-SCID for non-patient) was interviewed and assessed to be mentally healthy; ②No history of mental illness or family history of mental illness; ③aged 16-55 years old, right-handed; ④ years of education ≥ 6 years, able to cooperate with the completion of various tests of this study; ⑤ signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

受试者排除标准： ①入组前四周内使用过抗生素、避孕药、非甾体抗炎药、免疫抑制剂治疗或服用激素类药物史；②有其他精神疾病史（如：心境障碍、焦虑障碍、进食障碍、物质依赖、精神发育迟滞等）；③有听觉及视觉障碍，不能完成测试者；④有严重或慢性躯体疾病史（如：心功能衰竭、甲状腺功能异常、慢性肝炎、慢性肾病、消化性溃疡、炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征、代谢性疾病史、肿瘤病史等）；⑤任何药物、烟草或酒精成瘾行为；⑥妊娠期或哺乳期女性；⑦头部创伤史或意识丧失>5分钟；⑧MRI扫描后的任何重大脑损害的发现，包括脑梗死、脑出血或脑部肿瘤；⑨有MRI扫描禁忌症，包括金属植入物及幽闭恐惧症。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for subjects: ① have used antibiotics, contraceptives, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immunosuppressant therapy or taking hormone drugs within 4 weeks before enrollment; ② have history of other mental illnesses (such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, substance dependence, mental retardation, etc.); ③ hearing and visual impairments, unable to complete the tests; ④ history of severe or chronic physical diseases (such as heart failure, abnormal thyroid function, chronic hepatitis, chronic kidney disease , peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, metabolic disease history, tumor history, etc.); ⑤ any drug, tobacco or alcohol addiction behavior; ⑥ pregnant or breastfeeding women; ⑦ history of head trauma or loss of consciousness>5 minutes; ⑧ finding of any serious brain damage after MRI scanning, including cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage or brain tumor; ⑨ contraindications to MRI scanning, including metal implants and claustrophobia.
