研究目的：

针对冠心病血瘀证患者开展以蛋白质组学为代表的生物学基础研究，高效、准确检测冠心病血瘀证多种差异表达蛋白，筛选冠心病血瘀证病证结合的特异蛋白标志物，为进一步揭示冠心病血瘀证的生物学特征、寻找新的干预靶点奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

For patients with blood stasis of coronary heart disease, the basic biological research represented by proteomics was carried out, which efficiently and accurately detected a variety of differentially expressed proteins in blood stasis of coronary heart disease, and screened specific protein markers bound by blood stasis of coronary heart disease, laying a foundation for further revealing the biological characteristics of blood stasis of coronary heart disease and finding new intervention targets.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究纳入88例受试者，根据冠心病诊断标准和国际血瘀证诊断标准，按照1:1:1:1分为四组，分别是：冠心病血瘀证组、冠心病非血瘀证组、非冠心病血瘀证组、非冠心病非血瘀证组，每组各22人。不对患者进行药物干预，仅进行血液样本检测和为期1年的随访观察。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

In this study, 88 patients were included, and according to the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease and the international blood stasis diagnosis standard, they were divided into four groups according to 1:1:1:1, namely: coronary heart disease blood stasis group, coronary heart disease non-blood stasis group, non-coronary heart disease blood stasis group, non-coronary heart disease non-blood stasis group, 22 people in each group. Patients were not subjected to pharmacological interventions, only blood samples were tested and follow-up observation for 1 year. 

纳入标准：

符合诊断标准，年龄35-85岁，签署知情同意书。冠心病组受试者符合上述冠心病诊断标准，其中冠心病血瘀证组应符合《国际血瘀证诊断指南》、《冠心病血瘀证国际诊断标准》，冠心病非血瘀证组不符合《国际血瘀证诊断指南》、《冠心病血瘀证国际诊断标准》。非冠心病血瘀证组，符合《国际血瘀证诊断指南》，但经病史调查、血常规、肝肾功能、心电图等检查，排除心脑血管疾病。非冠心病非血瘀证组，经病史调查、血常规、肝肾功能、心电图等检查，排除心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病、精神及其他重大疾病。

Inclusion criteria

Meet diagnostic criteria, age 35-85 years, and sign informed consent. Subjects in the coronary heart disease group met the above diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, among which the blood stasis group of coronary heart disease should meet the "International Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Blood Stasis Evidence" and "International Diagnostic Standards for Blood Stasis of Coronary Heart Disease", and the non-blood stasis group of coronary heart disease did not meet the "International Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Blood Stasis Evidence" and "International Diagnostic Standards for Blood Stasis of Coronary Heart Disease". The non-coronary heart disease blood stasis group conforms to the "International Guidelines for the Diagnosis of Blood Stasis", but cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are excluded after medical history investigation, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other examinations. In the non-coronary heart disease and non-blood stasis group, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, psychiatric and other major diseases were excluded after medical history investigation, blood routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other examinations.

排除标准：

急性心肌梗死； 其他心脏先天疾病、瓣膜病、重度神经官能症等所致胸痛者； 心功能为III级或IV级者； 心律失常引起的胸闷、胸痛； 脑梗塞急性期； 合并肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病； 最近２周内有急性感染者；最近２月内有外伤或手术史； 合并其他较严重疾病而必须治疗者（如血液病、肿瘤等）； 未控制的高血压（一周内静息血压＞160/95mmHg）； 糖尿病未达到一般控制标准，或出现较严重糖尿病并发症； 精神、神经异常或智力障碍不能完成问卷调查； 妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Acute myocardial infarction; Chest pain caused by other congenital heart diseases, valvular diseases, severe neuroses, etc.; Cardiac function is grade III or IV; chest tightness and chest pain caused by arrhythmias; Acute stage of cerebral infarction; Combined with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; Those with acute infection in the last 2 weeks; history of trauma or surgery within the last 2 months; Combined with other more serious diseases that must be treated (such as blood diseases, tumors, etc.); uncontrolled hypertension (resting blood pressure > 160/95 mmHg during a week); diabetes does not meet general control standards, or more serious complications of diabetes occur; Inability to complete questionnaires with psychiatric, neurological abnormalities or intellectual disabilities; Pregnant or lactating women.
