研究目的：

本研究拟在肥胖人群中，通过单臂干预试验观察8小时的TRE+口服营养补充干预的依从性和对体重、身体维度指标、人体成分、肌肉功能、血压、血糖、血脂等代谢指标的改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to observe the compliance and effects of an 8-hour time-restricted eating and oral nutritional supplement intervention on body weight, body dimension indicators, body composition, muscle function, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and other metabolic indicators in an obese population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）进食时间窗口≥12小时
（2）BMI≥23.9 kg/m2（体重(kg)/身高2 (m)）
（3）年龄30-65岁
（4）签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) eating time window ≥12 hours
(2) BMI≥23.9 kg/m2
(3) Age 30-65 years old
(4) Informed consent was signed

排除标准：

（1）近三个月体重变化>5kg
（2）怀孕或母乳喂养
（3）正在参加一个减肥或体重管理项目
（4）有体重控制的外科手术史，或因其他原因而指定特别的饮食
（5）正在进行口服降糖药或胰岛素治疗的糖尿病患者
（6）抑郁症筛查量表（PHQ-9）得分≤10
（7）患有严重的代谢性疾病或重大的心血管、肾脏、心脏、肝脏、肺部或神经系统疾病（低血糖、糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、中风、肾衰、慢性胃肠炎、冠心病、恶性肿瘤、心梗、慢性呼吸功能衰竭、失明失聪瘫痪、器官移植、冠脉搭桥、心衰、痴呆、帕金森，药物引起的脂肪肝、病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性或胆汁淤积性肝病、威尔逊氏病、血色素沉着症、α-1抗胰蛋白酶缺乏症)
（8）在未来的3个月有实习或出国计划，无法保证持续干预及随访

Exclusion criteria：

(1) weight change >5kg in recent three months
(2) pregnancy or breastfeeding
(3) participating in a weight loss or weight management program;
(4) History of weight-control surgery or special diet for other reasons
(5) diabetic patients receiving oral antidiabetic drugs or insulin treatment
(6) PHQ-9 score ≤10
(7) suffering from serious metabolic diseases or major cardiovascular, renal, heart, liver, pulmonary or nervous system diseases (hypoglycemia, diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, stroke, renal failure, chronic gastroenteritis, coronary heart disease, malignant tumor, myocardial infarction, chronic respiratory failure, blindness, deafness and paralysis, organ transplantation, coronary artery bypass grafting, heart failure, dementia, Parkinson's disease; Drug-induced fatty liver, viral hepatitis, autoimmune or cholestatic liver disease, Wilson's disease, hemochromatosis, alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency)
(8) There are internship or abroad plans in the next 3 months, and continuous intervention and follow-up cannot be guaranteed.
