Objectives of Study：

To explore whether the model of partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) algorithm can effectively predict the risk of postoperative depression in patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 接受完全手术切除的非小细胞肺癌患者；（2）在结局访谈中完成抑郁评估

Inclusion criteria

(1) Non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing complete surgical resection; (2) Complete the depression assessment in the final interview

排除标准：

（1）术后 90 天内死亡。（2）术后 90 天内突发脑血管、脑外伤等中枢神经系统疾患。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Death occurred within 90 days after operation. (2) Central nervous system diseases such as cerebrovascular disease and brain injury occurred within 90 days after operation.
