研究目的：

本课题拟选取2018年前后3年的病例资料行历史对照研究，研究其住院期间短期疾病结局如复苏室气管插管率、机械通气率、肺泡表面活性物质应用、BPD发生率、氧疗时间等指标是否存在差异，同时研究其纠正胎龄42周和纠正4月龄时神经行为测评(NBNA）评分、全身运动评估（GMS）评估神经系统发育情况，为临床制定个体化DRCPAP方案进一步提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

DR-CPAP findings have resulted in a practice change, with an increasing number of infants in the DR being stabilized on CPAP. However, to the best of our knowledge, its use in public hospitals in China has not been documented. In this study, we evaluated the rate of intubation in the DR in premature infants 24 to 31+6 weeks of GA before and after DRCPAP in the DR,. short-term outcomes were also compared between the two groups. Knowledge gained from this study will hopefully contribute to better outcomes for preterm infants with gestational age between 24 and 31+6 weeks while reducing the costs for the health care system

纳入标准：

(1)2016年1月至2022年5月出生，胎龄<32周早产儿 (2)出生后2小时内入院 (3)临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Premature infants born between January 2016 and May 2022 with gestational age <32 weeks (2) Admitted within 2 hours after birth (3) Complete clinical data.

排除标准：

(1)法定监护人不同意签署知情同意书 (2)4月龄前死亡 (3)与患儿家长失去联系无法随访 （4）先天畸形：先天性膈疝、气管-食管瘘、后鼻道闭锁、腭裂等；先天性中枢神经系统畸形、其他器官严重畸形、遗传代谢性疾病。5） 出生在其他医院、家里或其他地方。6）医疗记录不完整的人。7）在产房中使用CPAP方式以外呼吸支持的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Legal guardian does not agree to sign informed consent (2) Death before 4 months of age (3) Loss of contact with the child's parents prevents follow-up (4) Congenital malformations: congenital diaphragmatic hernia, tracheo-oesophageal fistula, posterior nasal atresia, cleft palate, etc.; congenital central nervous system malformations, severe malformations of other organs, genetic metabolic disorders. 5) Birth in another hospital, home, or elsewhere. 6) Incomplete medical records of the person. 7) Children with respiratory support in the delivery room using other than CPAP modalities.
