研究目的：

1）引入基于自我同情的CATS，修改并完善以适用于治疗中国抑郁障碍患者； 2）通过随机对照实验，进一步系统探究CATS的临床疗效； 3）利用脑影像学技术，发现差异脑区或特殊信号，探究可能机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Introduce CATS based on self-compassion, modify and improve it to be suitable for the treatment of Chinese patients with depressive disorder; 2) Further systematically explore the clinical efficacy of CATS through randomized controlled trials; 3) Use brain imaging technology to discover different brain regions or special signal and explore possible mechanisms.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

至少2名精神科主治医师及以上级别医生依据美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-V）临床定式访谈（SCID-5-CV）诊断为重性抑郁障碍；18岁≤年龄≤65岁；右利手；近1月服用抗抑郁药剂量及种类无明显改变。

Inclusion criteria

At least 2 attending psychiatrists and above were diagnose the participant with major depressive disorder according to the US Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders 5th Edition (DSM-V) clinical structured interview (SCID-5-CV); 18 years old≤age≤65 years old years old; right-handed; the dose and types of antidepressants taken in the past 1 month have not changed significantly.

排除标准：

有严重自杀倾向或者近2月曾有自杀企图；患有其他精神疾病（精神分裂症、双相情感障碍等）；患有其他系统疾病需医疗护理及干预；存在听力缺陷及视力不佳；过去3个月内接受过心理治疗及其他治疗（电休克疗法、经颅磁刺激、磁惊厥疗法、经颅直流电）；存在酒精或其他物质滥用及依赖病史；处于备孕期、孕期或者哺乳期；装有心脏起搏器或其他金属植入物患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe suicidal tendency or suicide attempts in the past 2 months; other mental illnesses (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.); other systemic diseases requiring medical care and intervention; hearing impairment and poor vision; received psychotherapy and other treatments within 3 months (electroconvulsive therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation, magnetoconvulsive therapy, transcranial direct current); have a history of alcohol or other substance abuse and dependence; are trying to conceive, pregnant or breastfeeding; Patients with pacemakers or other metal implants.

Pocock and Simon最小化随机化算法:根据不平衡函数、总体不平衡函数和最优分配概率三个参数确定病例的分组，采用基于网络的最小随机分组系统。首先确定年龄、性别、受教育年限三个影响因素各自的权重和目标组分配概率，第一个研究对象随机分组，对第二个研究对象进行分组时，均衡三个影响因素，按照差异最小化的原则，将该研究对象按照分配概率进行随机分组（CATS:VR情境:CBT:常规治疗＝1:1:1:1）。
