研究目的：

通过葛蓝消渴丸对糖耐量异常及糖尿病患者的有效性和安全性观察，为该方申报医疗机构中药制剂以及新药提供研究基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the observation of the efficacy and safety of Gelan Xiaoke Pills in patients with impaired glucose tolerance and diabetes, it provides a research basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine preparations and new drugs in medical institutions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合西医诊断标准及中医辨证分型标准；
(2) 年龄30～80岁；
(3) 自愿接受临床观察并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

( 1 ) meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation criteria ;
( 2 ) 30-80 years old ;
( 3 ) Voluntary clinical observation and informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）继发性DM患者；
（2）合并严重心、脑、肝、肺、肾等重要脏器系统原发病者；
（3）已知对本研究药物成分过敏或过敏性体质者；
（4）合并精神疾病等不能配合临床治疗与观察者；
（5）近1个月内出现ＤＭ酮症酸中毒等急性代谢紊乱者、合并感染者；
（6）处于妊娠期、哺乳期的女性。

Exclusion criteria：

( 1 ) secondary DM patients ;
( 2 ) patients with severe primary diseases of heart, brain, liver, lung, kidney and other important organ systems ;
( 3 ) those who are known to be allergic or allergic to the drug components of this study ;
( 4 ) patients with mental illness can not cooperate with clinical treatment and observation ;
( 5 ) Patients with acute metabolic disorders such as DM ketoacidosis and co-infection in the past 1 month ;
( 6 ) Women in pregnancy and lactation.
