研究目的：

探讨尿素清除指数（Kt/V）联合尿素清除体积（Kt）评估血液透析充分性的必要性和合理性，分析影响血液透析充分性的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the necessity and rationality of evaluating hemodialysis adequacy by Kt/V combined with Kt, in order to analyze the factors affecting hemodialysis adequacy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①维持性血液透析时间≥3个月；②年龄≥18周岁；③病情相对平稳。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Maintenance hemodialysis time ≥3 months; (2) Age ≥ 18 years old; (3) The condition is relatively stable.

排除标准：

①目前伴有严重的心力衰竭、营养不良、重度水肿等并发症。②合并重症感染，正在或需要接受治疗；③合并恶性肿瘤、肝硬化或妊娠；④血液透析联合腹膜透析的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe heart failure, malnutrition, severe edema. (2) severely infected, currently receiving or needing treatment; (3) Malignant tumor, cirrhosis or pregnancy; (4) Patients with hemodialysis combined with peritoneal dialysis.
