研究目的：

本项目为单中心、随机、前瞻性临床研究，旨在通过检测肺癌患者围术期血清中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶4（Glutathione Peroxidase 4，GPX4）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD），丙二醛（MDA）含量，结合血气水平及血流动力学、呼吸功能指标的变化，比较环泊酚、丙泊酚和七氟醚对应使用单肺通气的胸腔镜肺癌手术患者氧化应激患者的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This project was a single-center, randomized, prospective clinical study, aiming to detect the levels of Glutathione Peroxidase 4 (GPX4), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum of patients with lung cancer during perioperative period. Combined with changes in arterial blood gas analysis levels, hemodynamics and respiratory function indexes, the effects of ciprofol, propofol and sevoflurane on oxidative stress in thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery patients using single-lung ventilation were compared.

纳入标准：

本研究拟选择经CT诊断为非小细胞肺癌成年患者，择期接受OLV的胸腔镜肺叶切除术，并招募满足以下纳入标准的患者：
1. 年龄在18至65岁之间；
2. ASA状态I-II；
3. BMI 18.5-25kg/m2。

Inclusion criteria

This study intends to select adult patients diagnosed by CT with non-small cell lung cancer to undergo elective thoracoscopic lobotomy with OLV, and to recruit patients who meet the following inclusion criteria:
1. age 18 to 65 years;
2. ASA status I-II;
3. BMI 18.5-25 kg/m^2.

排除标准：

排除标准：
1. 肾功能和心脏功能的严重损害（纽约心脏协会III-IV级）；
2. 术前肺功能异常（1 s用力呼气容积<预测值的50%）；
3. 全身或局部活动性感染（临床定义为白细胞增多或体温> 38℃）；
4. 术前酸碱或电解质失衡；
5. 术中频发心律失常；
6. OLV时间< 60分钟；
7. 使用香烟或抗氧化剂的患者。

1. severe impairment of renal function and heart function (New York Heart Association Class III-IV);
2. Preoperative abnormal lung function (1 s forced expiratory volume < 50% of predicted value);
3. Systemic or local active infection (clinically defined as leukocytosis or body temperature > 38℃);
4. Preoperative acid-base or electrolyte imbalance;
5. Frequent intraoperative arrhythmias;
6. OLV time < 60 minutes;
7. Patients who use cigarettes or antioxidants.
