研究目的：

探究在经嵴顶上颌窦提升中联合应用富白细胞和血小板纤维蛋白（L-PRF）和人重组骨形态蛋白2（rhBMP-2）的成骨效果，并分析出影响上颌窦提升后窦内成骨量的因素  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to radiographically and clinically assess the application of rhBMP-2/ACS combined with L-PRF in transalveolar sinus augmentation and identify potential factors influencing bone augmentation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年满18周岁
2.接受过经嵴顶上颌窦提升并同期植入L-PRF和rhBMP-2
3.同意并接受本实验方案

Inclusion criteria

1.Over 18 years of age.
2.Be treated with crestal sinus elevation in combination with L-PRF and rhBMP-2/ACS.
3.Agree and accept the experimental protocol

排除标准：

1.每日吸烟超过20支以上
2.口内存在未经控制的牙周炎
3.目前或过去曾使用双磷酸盐的患者
4.五年内接受过头颈部放射的治疗和化疗的患者
5.患代谢性骨病的患者
6.患肿瘤的患者
7.上颌窦内有炎症病变的患者
8.不接受本实验方案的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. smoking（more than 20 cigarettes a day）
2. Uncontrolled periodontitis.
3. Current or previous use of bisphosphonate.
4. History of irradiation in the head and neck region within 5 years.
5. Evidence of metabolic bone diseases.
6. History of chemotherapy within 5 years prior to surgery.
7. Known or suspected current malignancy.
8. Presence of sinus inflammation.
9. Unlikely to agree with the current study protocol.
