研究目的：

本课题旨在利用生物化学检验和影像学等手段评价肾上腺动脉栓塞术用于治疗PA患者的有效性，同时评估其安全性，评估手术是否可以改善患者的焦虑、抑郁状态和生活质量，探索不同麻醉方案对患者术中术后疼痛等情况的影响，并研究和探索肾上腺动脉栓塞术是否可以用于非醛固酮的PA患者以及双侧栓塞治疗双侧分泌型的原醛患者的有效性，以推动肾上腺动脉栓塞术作为新手段治疗PA患者的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this project is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of adrenal artery embolization in patients with primary aldosterone using biochemical tests and imaging,assessing whether the operation can improve patients' anxiety, depression and quality of life, and exploring the effects of different anesthetic schemes on intraoperative and postoperative pain. And to study and explore whether adrenal artery embolization can be used in non-aldosterone patients, and the effectiveness of bilateral embolization in bilateral secretory patients. Then to promote the development of adrenal artery embolization as a new approach for the treatment of patients with primary aldosteronism.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①已确诊为原发性醛固酮增多症的患者②因不良反应不耐受而拒绝药物治疗或药物治疗失败，或因手术风险拒绝肾上腺切除术，或肾上腺切除术后有持续性醛固酮增多，但未出现肾上腺皮质功能不全③自愿接受肾上腺动脉栓塞手术的原发性醛固酮增多症的患者

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who have been diagnosed with primary aldosteronism ② Refuse drug treatment or drug treatment failure due to adverse reaction intolerance, or refuse adrenalectomy due to surgical risks, or have persistent aldosteronism after adrenalectomy, but not Adrenal insufficiency ③ Patients with primary aldosteronism who voluntarily underwent adrenal artery embolization

排除标准：

①有严重造影剂过敏史②严重肝病的并发症③近3个月内心肌梗死及支架植入术史④肾功能不全，血清肌酐>176 mmo/L⑤怀孕或哺乳⑥在过去3个月内曾参与另一项临床试验⑦任何严重并发症

Exclusion criteria：

① History of serious contrast agent allergy ② Complication with severe liver diseases ③ History of myocardial infarction and stent implantation within the past 3 months. ④ Renal insufficiency, serum creatinine >176 mmol/L ⑤ Pregnancy or lactation. ⑥Participation in another clinical trial in the past 3 months. ⑦ Any serious complications.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过询问患者或其代理人，得到患者的病程、诊疗经过及相关临床资料，在患者住院期间，记录查体、检查与检验等相关数据，用过excel表格记录保存。研究完成后，统计学结果上传到临床试验公共管理平台ResMan

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

By asking the patient or his agent, the patient's disease course, diagnosis and treatment process and related clinical data are obtained. During the patient's hospitalization, the physical examination, examination and inspection and other related data are recorded and stored in an excel form. After the study is completed, the statistical results are uploaded to ResMan, a public management platform for clinical trials.
