研究目的：

减少股骨转子间骨折内固定患者的髋内翻、内固定物切割股骨头、骨折块间不稳导致的疼痛、内固定物断裂、骨折不愈合等并发症，减少患者卧床时间，提高股骨转子间骨折的治愈率。提高患者的生活质量，降低个人和国家的医疗费用支出。  

Objectives of Study：

Reduce complications such as hip varus, femoral head cutting, pain, fracture fracture, fracture non-union, reduce the bed time of patients and improve the cure rate of intertrochanteric fracture. Improve the quality of life of patients and reduce personal and national medical expenses.

纳入标准：

不稳定的股骨转子间患者，即按照股骨转子间骨折AO分型，把A2、A3型骨折作为复杂股骨转子间骨折作为研究对象

Inclusion criteria

Unstable femoral intertrochanteric patients, that is, following the AO classification of femoral intertrochanteric fractures, included type A2 and A3 fractures as complex femoral intertrochanoteric fractures

排除标准：

拒绝参与本研究课题的患者，未成年人，不能耐受麻醉及手术患者，皮肤感染或者严重皮肤病患者，股骨近端有骨折手术史或者股骨近端骨骼发育畸形患者，人际沟通困难患者，有精神类疾病史患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients who refused to participate in this study, minors, patients who cannot tolerate anesthesia and surgery, skin infection or serious skin diseases, patients with a history of fracture surgery or skeletal development deformity of the proximal femur, patients with interpersonal communication difficulties, and patients with a history of psychiatric diseases.
