研究目的：

探讨型别特异型人乳头瘤病毒感染的自然转归规律，确立HPV 载量预测高危型人乳头瘤病毒（HR-HPV）感染转归的最佳阈值。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the natural outcome of type specific high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection based on viral load and determine the optimal cutoff of type-specific HR-HPV viral load for prediction of the infection natural outcome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①居住在重庆地区的21岁～65岁有性生活的妇女；
②初次单一型别HR-HPV阳性；
③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 21-65 year old women living in Chongqing with sexual life;
2. women with single type HPV infection for the first time;
3. Subjects with follow-up conditions that volunteering to participate in it and have signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①曾患宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌病史；
②免疫抑制患者或/和口服免疫抑制剂史；
③吸烟者；
④恶性肿瘤病史；
⑤妊娠或有妊娠计划；
⑥HPV感染药物干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1. history of cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer;
2. immunosuppressive patients;
3. smokers;
4, history of malignant tumors;
5. pregnancy or has pregnancy plan;
6. HPV infection drug intervention.
