本研究旨在探索通过微信小程序收集喂养数据进行喂养评估，并提供个性化指导对改善婴幼儿辅食添加的效果；探索通过微信小程序收集身体活动相关数据进行评估，并提供个性化指导对改善婴幼儿身体活动的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Purpose of study: to evaluate effectiveness of WeChat mini-program data collectionassessment and personalized feedback report on improvement of complementary feeding and physical activity among infants and young children in rural China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.婴幼儿在6-17月龄；
2.主要养育人能用普通话阅读，并能通过手机使用微信，且具备上网条件；
3.知情同意并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children aged 6-17 months;
2.Main caregivers can read in Mandarin , use Wechat by phone,and have access to the Internet;
3.Inform consent and cooperate actively.

排除标准：

1.儿童有结构性或遗传的出生缺陷，如神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、苯丙酮尿症等；
2.主要养育人拒绝提供手机号码和（或）微信号和（或）无法用电话进行随访；
3.主要养育人拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Children are diagnosed with structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc.;
2.Main caregivers refuse to provide phone number ,Wechat number,or main caregivers are unable to follow up by phones;
3.Main caregivers refuse to participate in.

本研究采用两阶段随机抽样方法抽样，随机序列由计算机生成。首先对大通县各乡镇内的群组进行1：1随机分组，分为喂养组和身体活动组，然后每个群组随机抽取15个婴幼儿主要养育人。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

We use a two-stage random sampling method，and the random sequences are generated by a computer. First, the groups in each township in Datong are randomly divided into feeding group and physical activity group at a ratio of 1:1, and then 15 main caregivers are randomly selected from each group.
