研究目的：

评估穴位埋线疗法治疗烟草依赖的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy and safety of thread-embedding acupuncture for treatment of tobacco dependence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)年龄在18-70岁的男性或女性；(2)烟龄超过1年；(3)每日吸烟量≥10支；(4)法氏烟草依赖评估量表(FTND) 评分≥4分；(5）自愿参与本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) male or female participants aged 18–70 years; (2) smoking of 1 year or longer; (3) smoke more than 10 cigarettes a day and (4) Fagerstrom Test for Nicotine Dependence (FTND) of 4 points or higher; (5) participate voluntarily in this study and sign a written informed consent.

排除标准：

符合以下条件之一的患者将被排除:(1)目前正在使用尼古丁替代疗法或相关药物；(2)吸毒、酗酒者；(3)有重大心、肝、肾、血液系统疾病的；(4)严重精神病；(5)控制不良的糖尿病(空腹血糖大于12mmol/L)；(6)孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with any one of the following criteria will be excluded: (1) current use of nicotine replacement therapy or related drugs; (2) drug or alcohol abusers; (3) serious disease related to the heart, liver, kidney or haematopoietic system; (4) severe psychopathy; (5) poorly controlled diabetes mellitus (fasting plasma glucose greater than 12mmol/L) and (6) women who were pregnant or lactating.
