研究目的：

本研究通过收集中青年原发性高血压患者的临床资料，对该年龄段原发性高血压患者进行中医体质分析，并通过动态血压监测分析患者的血压节律变化特点，比较相关检验指标的异常变化。通过研究分析总结中青年原发性高血压患者的中医体质特点、血压节律变异规律、心血管危险因素相关检验指标的情况，并分析中医体质与血压节律变化、异常检验指标的关系，以期为中青年原发性高血压患者在中医体质理论的指导下，寻找有效的中医药预防治疗方法，使降压有效达标，保护靶器官不受损害，改善该类高血压病患群体的健康水平和远期预后。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we collected the clinical data of young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension, analyzed the TCM Constitution of the patients with essential hypertension in this age group, analyzed the blood pressure rhythm change characteristics of the patients through ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and compared the abnormal changes of relevant test indicators. Through research, analysis and summary of the characteristics of Chinese medicine constitution, blood pressure rhythm variation law and cardiovascular risk factors related test indicators of middle-aged and young patients with essential hypertension, and analysis of the relationship between Chinese medicine constitution, blood pressure rhythm change and abnormal test indicators, it is hoped that under the guidance of Chinese Medicine constitution theory, To protect target organs from damage and improve the health level and long-term prognosis of this group of hypertensive patients.

纳入标准：

1.血压测量值符合《中国高血压防治指南2018年修订版》诊室血压和ABPM的高血压诊断标准（《中国高血压防治指南》修订委员会.中国高血压防治指南2018年修订版.心脑血管病防治,2019,19(01):1-44.）。
2.年龄≥18岁且<65岁（《中国中青年高血压管理专家共识》.中华高血压杂志,2020,(04):316-324.）；
3.所有调查对象均为自愿参加者并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The measured blood pressure values comply with the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the consulting room and ABPM in the 2018 revision of the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension (the revision committee of the Chinese guidelines for the prevention and treatment of hypertension. 2. Age ≥ 18 years and < 65 years (consensus of Chinese middle-aged and young hypertension management experts. Chinese Journal of hypertension, 2020, (04): 316-324);
3. All respondents were voluntary participants and signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压，如慢性肾小球肾炎、结缔组织病、原发性醛固酮增多症、嗜铬细胞瘤/副神经节瘤、肾血管性高血压、大动脉炎、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、库欣综合征、主动脉缩窄、多囊卵巢综合征等引起血压升高者。
2.高血压急症和亚急症患者。
3.患有急性心肌梗死、心功能IV级的冠心病、严重心脏瓣膜病、神经官能症、甲亢、更年期症候群等疾病者。
4.合并肝功肾功能不全，合并造血系统异常、风湿免疫系统、内分泌代谢系统及肿瘤等严重原发性疾病及精神病患者。
5.特殊人群，如妊娠、哺乳期妇女；认知障碍疾病、心理疾病者及其他无法配合调査者。
6.近期手术、创伤史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension, such as chronic glomerulonephritis, connective tissue disease, primary aldosteronism, pheochromocytoma / paraganglioma, renovascular hypertension, great arteritis, sleep apnea syndrome, Cushing's syndrome, coarctation of aorta, polycystic ovary syndrome and other causes of blood pressure rise.
2. Hypertensive emergency and sub emergency patients.
3. Patients with acute myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease with cardiac function class IV, severe heart valve disease, neurosis, hyperthyroidism, menopause syndrome and other diseases.
4. Patients with severe primary diseases and psychosis such as liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal hematopoietic system, rheumatic immune system, endocrine and metabolic system and tumor.
5. Special groups, such as pregnant and lactating women; Patients with cognitive impairment, mental illness and other patients who cannot cooperate with the investigation.
6. Recent operation and trauma history.
