研究目的：

研究以智能情感识别技术分辨中重型TBI的轻重程度的可能性，初步开发新型TBI昏迷程度评价新系统。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the possibility of distinguishing the severity of moderate and severe TBI with intelligent emotion recognition technology, and initially develop a new system for evaluating the degree of coma in TBI.

非药物研究及治疗方案

Non-drug research and treatment options 

纳入标准：

（1）伤后24小时内入院的急性轻中重特重型（GCS3～15）TBI患者。
（2）年龄18～65岁。
（3）有明确临床症状体征。
（4）均只接受保守治疗。
（5）均有7天内的头CT影像检查结果

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with acute mild, moderate and severe (GCS3-15) TBI admitted to hospital within 24 hours after injury.
(2) Age 18 to 65 years old.
(3) There are clear clinical symptoms and signs.
(4) All received conservative treatment only.
(5) Head CT imaging results within 7 days

排除标准：

（1）躁动不安，无法完成至少1分钟视频采集。
（2）无自主呼吸以及心跳骤停者。
（3）因病情需要给予镇痛镇静影响患者意识者。
（4）入院后24小时内就病情加重，GCS下降到3～5分的濒死患者。
（5）预计无法生存超过3个月者。
（6）合并其他大脏器严重损伤（包括颈髓损伤），导致生命体征不稳定。
（7）手术后头面部变形、为止血包裹不能解开面部覆盖物，致智能技术无法观测。
（8）伤后症状体征严重但颅CT表现轻微患者（中重型弥漫性轴索损伤患者）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Restless and unable to complete video capture for at least 1 minute.
(2) Those without spontaneous breathing and cardiac arrest.
(3) Those who need to give analgesia and sedation to affect the patient's consciousness due to the condition.
(4) Dying patients whose condition worsened within 24 hours after admission and whose GCS dropped to 3-5 points.
(5) Those who are not expected to survive for more than 3 months.
(6) Combined with severe damage to other large organs (including cervical spinal cord injury), resulting in unstable vital signs.
(7) After the operation, the head and face are deformed, and the hemostatic wrap cannot untie the facial covering, which makes the intelligent technology unable to observe.
(8) Patients with severe symptoms and signs after injury but mild cranial CT manifestations (patients with moderate to severe diffuse axonal injury).
