研究目的：

本研究拟通过观察新生儿血氧分压及apgar评分等指标变化，以评价山莨菪碱在晚发型子痫前期应用的有效意义，为临床诊疗中合并有晚发型子痫前期产妇的围术期麻醉前用药及管理提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of anisodamine in late-onset preeclampsia by observing the changes of neonatal blood oxygen partial pressure and Apgar score, and to provide reference for perioperative preanesthetic medication and management of parturients with late-onset preeclampsia in clinical diagnosis and treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

山莨菪碱主要是从茄科类植物——唐古特山莨菪根里提取出的一种生物碱，我国主要用它来治疗一些平滑肌痉挛、中毒性休克以及一些血管性的疾病，术前1小时静脉缓慢推注山莨菪碱10mg稀释到10ml。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Anisodamine is an alkaloid extracted from the root of the solanum family -- Tanggute anisodamine. It is mainly used in China to treat some smooth muscle spasm, toxic shock and some vascular diseases. Anisodamine 10mg diluted to 10ml was injected intravenously 1 hour before operation. 

纳入标准：

（1）符合《妇产科学（第七版）》诊断标准首次确诊为妊娠期高血压疾病中晚发型子痫前期产妇 （2）ASAⅡ ～Ⅲ 级、单胎、无椎管内麻醉禁忌。

Inclusion criteria

（1） According to the diagnostic criteria of Obstetrics and Gynecology (Seventh Edition), the first diagnosed pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and late-onset preeclampsia（2） ASA Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ (3)single pregnancy
(4)no contraindication to intraspinal anesthesia.

排除标准：

(1）既往高血压病史 (2)胎儿宫内窘迫者 (3)合并其他妊娠期并发症者 (4)合并有严重的心、脑、肾等重要脏器器质性疾病 （5）有颅内压增高、青光眼、幽门梗阻等禁忌症 (6)凝血功能异常

Exclusion criteria：

(1) History of hypertension (2) intrauterine fetal distress (3) complicated with other pregnancy complications (4) complicated with serious organic diseases of the heart, brain, kidney and other important organs (5) contraindations such as increased intracranial pressure, glaucoma, pyloric obstruction (6) abnormal coagulation function
