探讨认知储备和AD临床前期人群纵向认知功能的关系  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between cognitive reserve and longitudinal cognitive function in pre-AD population

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥50岁；②符合前述的SCD、MCI诊断标准；③视听能力正常，无沟通障碍；③本市生活，未来一年没有搬迁计划；④自愿参加本次研究，并同意接受规律的复查和随访。

Inclusion criteria

①Age ≥60 years old; ②Meet the above-mentioned SCD or MCI diagnostic criteria; ③Normal audio-visual ability, no communication barriers; ③Living in the city, no relocation plan in the next year; ④Voluntarily participate in this study, and agree to receive regular review and follow-up .

排除标准：

①严重头部损伤或颅内病变，或患有其他神经疾病（如帕金森、中风、多发性硬化症等）；②严重精神障碍者；③第一轮随访失访，关键预测信息丢失；

Exclusion criteria：

①Severe head injury or intracranial lesions, or suffering from other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.); ②Severe mental disorders; ③The first round of follow-up was lost, and key predictive information was lost;
