研究目的：

建立《基于脑区域氧饱和度的围术期缺铁性贫血治疗决策表》。选择本院脆性骨折合并缺铁性贫血的老年患者，以入院时rSO2为基线值，若rSO2≥65%，则将患者“目标Hb浓度”设定为80 g/L；若55%≤rSO2＜65%，则将患者“目标Hb浓度”设定为100 g/L；若rSO2＜55%，则将则将患者“目标Hb浓度”设定为120 g/L。根据血常规患者实际Hb浓度，可计算出患者需要的铁剂治疗量，再将总剂量分成7份，每两天静脉给予铁剂一次，共治疗14天，这恰好是我院脆性骨折老年患者正常住院天数。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish the perioperative decision table for the treatment of iron deficiency anemia based on regional oxygen saturation. Elderly patients with brittle fracture complicated with iron deficiency anemia in our hospital were selected. RSO2 at admission was taken as the baseline value. If rSO2≥65%, the "target Hb concentration" of the patients was set as 80 g/L. If 55%≤rSO2 < 65%, the "target Hb concentration" of patients was set as 100 g/L; If rSO2 < 55%, the patient's "target Hb concentration" will be set at 120 g/L. According to the actual Hb concentration of blood routine patients, the amount of iron treatment needed by the patients can be calculated, and then the total dose is divided into 7 parts, and iron treatment is given intravenously every two days for a total of 14 days, which is exactly the normal hospitalization days of elderly patients with brittle fracture in our hospital.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）性别不限，年龄≥60岁；（2）采用静脉铁剂方案治疗IDA；（3）骨折部位为髋部骨折。

Inclusion criteria

(1) No gender limitation, age ≥60; (2) Intravenous iron regimen for IDA; (3) The fracture site is hip fracture.

排除标准：

（1）蔗糖铁注射液过敏的患者；（2）选择保守治疗的患者；（3）低磷血症；（4）严重心脑血管疾病；（5）呼吸衰竭；（6）肝肾功能障碍；（7）Ⅰ型或Ⅱ型糖尿病；（8）除IDA外合并有其他类型的贫血。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients allergic to iron sucrose injection; (2) patients who chose conservative treatment; (3) hypophosphatemia; (4) serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) respiratory failure; (6) liver and kidney dysfunction; (7) Type ⅰ or type ⅱ diabetes mellitus; (8) Other types of anemia in addition to IDA.
