研究目的：

本研究旨在为慢性胰腺炎患者提供规范化的诊疗方案；并收集临床数据进行危险因素的筛查、发现潜在致病机制，确定固定和可变风险因素，明确治疗目标，观察临床预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide standardized diagnosis and treatment for patients with chronic pancreatitis.Clinical data were collected to screen risk factors, identify potential pathogenic mechanisms, identify fixed and variable risk factors, clarify treatment objectives, and observe clinical prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.回顾性研究部分：符合慢性胰腺炎诊断标准；2009-2021就诊于四川大学华西医院年龄0-80岁患者；
2.前瞻性研究部分：2022年8月始就诊于四川大学华西医院年龄0-80岁新诊断符合慢性胰腺炎诊断标准的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Retrospective study: who met the diagnostic criteria of chronic pancreatitis;Patients aged 0-80 years were admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2009 to 2021.
2.Prospective study: Patients aged 0-80 years who had been admitted to West China Hospital of Sichuan University since August 2022 and were newly diagnosed as meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic pancreatitis.

排除标准：

1.回顾性研究部分：临床资料不完整；首次确诊生命体征不平稳者；
2.前瞻性研究部分：2022年8月1日前已于外院诊断为慢性胰腺炎并接受相应治疗者；知情告知后拒绝签署知情同意书者；确诊时已合并胰腺恶性肿瘤/糖尿病者；确诊时生命体征不平稳者；因各种原因中途退出研究队列无法随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Retrospective study:Incomplete clinical data; First diagnosis of unstable vital signs
2.Prospective study: Patients who have been diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and received corresponding treatment in other hospitals before August 1, 2022;Refusal to sign informed consent after informed notification;Patients with pancreatic cancer/diabetes at the time of diagnosis;Patients with unstable vital signs at diagnosis;Unable to follow in the study cohort due to a variety of reasons
