研究目的：

本课题拟对牙周炎患者牙周组织中的细胞焦亡现象进行研究，观察牙周炎中是否存在内皮细胞焦亡，体外验证牙周炎症微环境是否会导致内皮细胞发生焦亡，为更明确提出牙周炎的病理过程提供依据，并为有效控制牙周局部炎症及其可能的全身扩散提供更多的理论依据和新的治疗思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to study the phenomenon of pyroptosis in periodontitis patients, observe whether there is endotheliocytes pyroptosis in periodontitis, and verify whether the microenvironment of periodontitis can lead to endotheliocytes pyroptosis in vitro, so as to provide a basis for more clearly proposing the pathological process of periodontitis. It provides more theoretical basis and new therapeutic ideas for effective control of periodontal local inflammation and its possible systemic spread.

纳入标准：

牙周炎患者入组标准：年龄20-60岁、探诊深度≥5mm、有探诊出血、有附着丧失、X线片示有牙槽骨吸收、或者有根分叉病变、因牙周炎失牙等其他加重因素；

Inclusion criteria

Criteria for the inclusion of periodontitis patients: 20-60 years old, exploratory depth ≥5mm, exploratory bleeding, attachment loss, X-ray showing alveolar bone absorption, or root bifurcation lesions, tooth loss due to periodontitis and other aggravating factors;

排除标准：

有全身性疾病者（高血压、糖尿病、血液系统性疾病等）、女性妊娠期、哺乳期、例假期、口腔局部放射治疗者、就诊前3个月内服用过抗炎药物或抗肿瘤药物、患口腔及身体其他部位肿瘤者、有吸烟史和酗酒者等；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with systemic diseases (hypertension, diabetes, systemic diseases of the blood, etc.), women in pregnancy, lactation, medical leave, local oral radiation therapy, taking anti-inflammatory drugs or anti-tumor drugs within 3 months before treatment, suffering from oral and other body tumors, smoking history and alcoholism, etc.
