研究目的：

（1）完善泌尿系结石信息数据库，掌握泌尿系结石相关流行病学资料； （2）基于大样本量数据进一步验证泌尿系结石与尿液菌群的关系； （3）创建结石诊疗预防全流程管理方案； （4）为卫生行政部门制定相关政策提供依据，以合理安排配置卫生资源。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Improve the urinary calculi information database and master the epidemiological data related to urinary calculi; (2) Further verify the relationship between urinary calculi and urinary flora based on large sample data; (3) Create a management plan for the whole process of stone diagnosis, treatment and prevention; (4) To provide a basis for the health administrative department to formulate relevant policies, and to rationally arrange and allocate health resources.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①经病史、体征、术前影像学确诊为结石，符合手术指征并行手术取石治疗患者；
②患者签署手术知情同意书并同意行尿液微生物检测与结石成分分析。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients who were diagnosed with calculi by medical history, signs, and preoperative imaging, and who were in line with surgical indications and underwent calculus removal;
②The patients signed the informed consent for the operation and agreed to conduct urine microbial testing and stone composition analysis.

排除标准：

①患者诊断为泌尿系结石但无手术指征者；
②原发性或继发性高钙血症，包括：甲状旁腺功能亢进，乳碱综合症，结节病或肉瘤样疾病，维生素D中毒，甲状腺功能亢进，嗜铬细胞瘤，皮质醇增多，肾上腺功能不全，维生素A中毒等；
③有其他潜在原因引起的尿路结石的患者，例如肾小管酸中毒，痛风和一些遗传性疾病，例如原发性胱氨酸尿病，高尿酸血症等；
④有先天性解剖异常的患者，如膀胱颈狭窄，海绵体肾脏，输尿管膨出，肾囊肿，神经源性膀胱和先天性巨人输尿管等；
⑤入院前两年内有以下用药史：两性霉素，HIV感染药物（如茚地那韦），硅酸镁和磺胺类药物；乙酰唑胺，皮质类固醇等。
⑥拒绝进行尿液微生物分析和结石成分分析的患者；
⑦在手术中未按照手术标准取石的患者；
⑧恶性肿瘤患者；
⑨或根据研究人员的判断，可能还有其他病变减少了纳入的可能性或使纳入复杂化。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient is diagnosed with urinary calculi but has no indication for surgery;
② Primary or secondary hypercalcemia, including: hyperparathyroidism, milk-alkali syndrome, sarcoidosis or sarcoid-like disease, vitamin D intoxication, hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma, increased cortisol , adrenal insufficiency, vitamin A poisoning, etc.;
③ Patients with urinary tract stones caused by other potential causes, such as renal tubular acidosis, gout and some hereditary diseases, such as primary cystinuria, hyperuricemia, etc.;
④ Patients with congenital anatomical abnormalities, such as bladder neck stenosis, cavernous kidney, ureterocele, renal cyst, neurogenic bladder and congenital giant ureter;
⑤ The following medication history within two years before admission: amphotericin, HIV infection drugs (such as indinavir), magnesium silicate and sulfonamides; acetazolamide, corticosteroids, etc.
⑥ Patients who refuse to undergo urine microbiological analysis and stone composition analysis;
⑦ Patients who did not take stones according to the surgical standards during the operation;
⑧ Patients with malignant tumors;
⑨ Or at the discretion of the investigator, there may be other lesions that reduce the likelihood of inclusion or complicate inclusion.
