研究目的：

建立中医干预下临床观察指标随时间动态变化的模型，分析影响股骨头坏死病程变化的关键因素，构建其关键要素与ONFH病程发展阶段、预后结局指标的网络关系，建立能提供诊前、诊中和诊后决策的ONFH中医临床决策支持系统，为优化ONFH临床干预方案提供证据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a model for the dynamic changes of clinical observation indexes over time under TCM intervention, analyze the key factors affecting the changes in the course of femoral head necrosis, construct a network relationship between its key elements and the stages of ONFH disease development and prognostic outcome indexes, establish a TCM clinical decision support system for ONFH that can provide pre-clinical, clinical and post-clinical decision making, and provide evidence support for optimizing clinical intervention programs for ONFH.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合股骨头坏死诊断标准；
2.初次就诊年龄为18-70 岁；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for femoral head necrosis;
2. Age at first visit is 18-70 years.

排除标准：

1.就诊及治疗中使用影响血脂代谢及肝酶药物的患者；
2.创伤性 ONFH 患者或 ONFH 患者合并其它髋骨关节疾病；
3.纳入变量的缺失值比例超过 20%的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are seen and treated with drugs that affect lipid metabolism and liver enzymes;
2. Patients with traumatic ONFH or patients with ONFH combined with other hip orthopedic disorders;
3. Patients with more than 20% of missing values for the included variables.
