研究目的：

研究是否过度通气在机器人辅助腹腔镜手术中对术后谵妄发生的影响及机制的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether hyperventilation in robot-assisted laparoscopic surgery has an effect on the development of postoperative delirium and its mechanism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

18岁以上需进行机器人辅助腹腔镜手术的成人患者。

Inclusion criteria

Adult patients over 18 years of age who require robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery.

排除标准：

(a)术中更换麻醉方式：改用吸入麻醉或静吸复合麻醉；
(b)出现严重皮下气肿，或呼气末二氧化碳显著异常；
(c)更换手术方式：术中转开腹或常规腹腔镜手术；
(d)术前存在谵妄、无法充分参与谵妄筛查的患者，包括盲人、聋人、文盲或沟通障碍的患者、有术中知晓史的患者、3天内行二次计划手术的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) Intraoperative replacement of anesthesia techeniques: alter to inhalation anesthesia or intravenous-inhalation combined anesthesia;
(b) Significant abnormity in end-tidal carbon dioxide;
(c) Replacement of surgical methods : patients converted to laparotomy or conventional laparoscopy;
(d) Patients with preoperative delirium, unable to fully participate in delirium screening, including blind, deaf, illiterate or communication disorders, patients with a history of intraoperative awareness, patients with secondary planning surgery within 3 days.
