研究目的：

了解基于自我调节的强化教育对血液透析患者自我调节疲劳、自我管理的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of strengthening health education based on self-regulation on self-regulatory fatigue and self-management in hemodialysis patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥18岁，符合KDIGO 2012指南诊断标准的ESRD患者；
（2）接受规律血液透析治疗3个月及以上，且每周规律透析3次的患者；
（3）意识清楚，具有正常沟通交流能力，能配合完成研究；
（4）干预期间无更换透析地点、无长时间外出计划；
（5）知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ESRD patients aged ≥18 years who met the KDIGO 2012 guidelines;
(2) Patients receiving regular hemodialysis treatment for at least 3 months, and regular dialysis 3 times a week;
(3) Having clear consciousness, normal communication skills, and can cooperate to complete the research;
(4) During the intervention, there was no change of dialysis site and no plan to go out for a long time;
(5) Informed consent to participate in this study.

排除标准：

（1）合并有严重的心脑血管等疾病的患者；
（2）有精神疾病的患者；
（3）近期有参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases;
(2) patients with mental illness;
(3) Patients who have recently participated in other studies.

根据透析时间，将周一、周三、周五进行血液透析治疗的患者视为A组，将周二、周四、周六进行血液透析治疗的患者视为B组，按照患者开始透析的登记顺序分别进行编号，采用随机数表法从A、B两组患者中分别抽取符合纳排标准的患者，再采用抛硬币的方法将A、B两组随机分为试验组和对照组，每组各42例。
