研究目的：

探讨中医辅助治疗对卒中后抑郁患者的有效性及流行病学调查  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness and epidemiological investigation of adjuvant traditional Chinese medicine therapy for post-stroke depression patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

从2020年1月一2021年1月入我院进行治疗的脑卒中后抑郁患者中选取100例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各50例。对照组给予现代医学常规治疗方式，研究组给予在常规治疗的基础上给予中医适宜技术辅助治疗。对比两组患者认知功能评分、抑郁情绪评分以及治疗效果。抑郁程度用PHQ-9量表评价，焦虑程度用GAD-7量表评价，同时填写年龄、职业等个人信息。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

From January 2020 to January 2021, 100 patients with post-stroke depression were treated in our hospital. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, 50 cases each. The control group was given conventional medical treatment. Intervention group was given traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technical auxiliary treatment on the basis of conventional treatment. The cognitive function score, depression mood score and treatment effect of the two groups of patients were compared. The degree of depression was evaluated using the PHQ-9 scale, and the degree of anxiety was evaluated using the GAD-7 scale. Fill in personal information such as age and occupation. 

纳入标准：

(1）完善相关医学检测，检测结果与美国精神障碍分类与诊断标准中抑郁诊断标准相符;
(2)认知障碍持续时间超过3个月;
(3)生命体征平稳，卒中康复期;
(4)均为脑卒中首发;
(5)均为轻、中度抑郁患者;
(6)治疗前HAMD评分超过20分。

Inclusion criteria

1. Improve related medical examinations. The test results are in line with the diagnostic criteria for depression in the American Mental Disorder Classification and Diagnostic Standards; 2. The duration of cognitive impairment exceeds 3 months;
3. The vital signs are stable and the stroke recovery period;
4. the first new onset stroke;
5. Patients with mild or moderate depression;
6. HAMD score before treatment was more than 20 points.

排除标准：

(1)存在抑郁既往病史;
(2)心肝脾肺肾等重要脏器存在功能障碍;
(3)存在严重自杀倾向;
(4)原发精神病患者;
(5)聋哑患者、恶性肿瘤患者及拒绝针灸者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of depression;
2. Have the dysfunction in important organs such as heart, liver, spleen, lung, and kidney;
3. Serious suicidal tendency;
4. Patients with primary psychosis;
5. Patients with deafness, malignant tumors, and Reject acupuncture.
