研究目的：

（1）研究和比较三孔袖状胃和单孔袖状胃治疗病态肥胖的术后1年的疗效 （2）研究和比较两种术式的手术安全性以及术后疼痛情况 （3）研究和比较两种术式术后1年患者切口美观满意度  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To study and compare the efficacy of TPLSG and SILSG in the treatment of morbid obesity 1 year after surgery (2) To study and compare the surgical safety and postoperative pain of the two methods (3) To study and compare the patients' aesthetic satisfaction of incision 1 year after the two types of operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 16-65岁中国汉族人
(2) BMI≥27.5 kg/㎡ 且≤40 kg/㎡
(3) 减重手术适应症符合2019版中国肥胖和2型糖尿病外科诊疗指南相关规定
(4) 拟接受LSG手术治疗

Inclusion criteria

(1) Chinese Han nationality aged 16-65

(2) BMI ≥ 27.5 kg/㎡ and ≤ 40 kg/㎡

(3) The indications for surgery comply with the relevant provisions of the 2019 Chinese Guidelines for Surgical Diagnosis and Treatment of Obesity and Type 2 diabetes

(4) Planned to receive LSG surgery

排除标准：

(1) 滥用药物、酒精成瘾或患有难以控制的精神疾病
(2) 智力障碍或智力不成熟，行为不能自控者
(3) 不愿意承担手术潜在风险者
(4) 全身状况差，难以耐受全麻手术者
(5) 存在中枢神经系统以及呼吸系统损伤、肿瘤尚未治愈
(6) 已知有明确瘢痕体质的患者
(7) 其他特别情况由入组医生特别说明

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Drug abuse, alcohol addiction or mental illness beyond control

(2) People with mental retardation or immaturity who cannot control their behavior

(3) Those unwilling to bear the potential risk of surgery

(4) Those who are in poor general condition and cannot tolerate general anesthesia

(5) The central nervous system and respiratory system are damaged, and the tumor has not been cured

(6) Patients with known scar constitution

(7) Other special situations shall be specially explained by the enrolled doctors
