研究目的:

本文主要研究LL-BFR训练能否有效提高FAI患者踝关节的肌力,其次探究LL-BFR训练对踝关节平衡及本体感觉功能的影响;与HLT训练相比,LL-BFR训练对FAI患者踝关节周围肌力的提高是否更优,对平衡及本体感觉的改善是否更为有效,使FAI患者以较少的能耗付出获得较好的康复训练效果,为临床上的功能训练提供新的借鉴参考。  

Objectives of Study:

This paper mainly studies whether LL-BFR training can effectively improve ankle muscle strength in FAI patients, and then explores the effects of LL-BFR training on ankle balance and proprioceptive function. Compared with HLT training, LL-BFR training is more effective in improving ankle muscle strength and balance and proprioception in FAI patients, so that FAI patients can obtain better rehabilitation training effects with less energy consumption, and provide a new reference for clinical functional training.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄18-30岁的大学生;
2.患肢有一次及以上反复扭伤,主观有腿打软或失控感;
3.最近一次踝扭伤距实验开始应≥1个月[27];
4.踝关节功能评价量表(AJFAT)分值≤26分;
5.踝关节前抽屉试验及距骨倾斜试验均为阴性。

Inclusion criteria

1.College students aged 18-30;
2.the affected limb has one or more repeated sprains, subjective feeling of leg weakness or loss of control;
3.The interval between the latest ankle sprain and the start of the experiment should be ≥1 month [27];
4.Ankle Function Assessment Scale (AJFAT) score ≤26;
5.The anterior drawer test of ankle joint and talus tilt test were negative.

排除标准:

1.患肢无手术、骨折等病史;
2.踝关节严重骨性关节炎、创伤性关节炎、剥脱性软骨炎;
3.患有心血管疾病(如高血压、心脏病);
4.下肢有深静脉血栓或血管病变者;
5.不能接受治疗方案及不能配合治疗。

Exclusion criteria:

1.The affected limb has no history of surgery or fracture;
2.Severe ankle osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, exudative chondritis;
3.suffering from cardiovascular diseases (e.g. hypertension, heart disease);
4.Patients with deep vein thrombosis or vascular disease in lower extremities;
5.Unable to accept the treatment plan and unable to cooperate with treatment.
