研究目的：

（1） 获得老年人蛋白质的平均需要量和推荐摄入量。 （2） 比较老年人和中青年人蛋白质需要量是否存在差异，并为其修订提供最直接的科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Obtain the protein requirements of Chinese older adults; 2. Compare the differences of protein requirements between younger adults and older adults and provide the most direct scientific evidence for revising protein requirements.

纳入标准：

无影响蛋白质和氨基酸代谢的疾病(如：糖尿病，癌症，肝脏或肾脏疾病)、BMI在正常范围、常规体检正常、无肌肉衰减综合征。

Inclusion criteria

No protein and amino acid metabolism disorders (such as: diabetes, cancer, liver or kidney disease), BMI in the normal range, regular physical examination is normal.

排除标准：

糖尿病，癌症，肝脏，肾脏疾病或肌肉衰减综合征等

Exclusion criteria：
