研究目的：

探究临床特征及生化指标对鼓室内注射联合全身糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋预后的影响，并建立用于预测鼓室内注射联合全身糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋预后结果的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of clinical characteristics and biochemical indicators on the prognosis of sudden deafness treated with intratympanic injection combined with systemic glucocorticoid, and establish a predictive model for predicting the prognosis of sudden deafness treated with intratympanic injection combined with systemic glucocorticoid.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18岁~84岁
2）在72小时内，由于不明原因，在至少三个连续频率上发生的大于30 dB的单侧突发性耳聋患者

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18~84 years old
2) Patients with unilateral sudden deafness greater than 30 dB occurring on at least three consecutive frequencies for unknown reasons within 72 hours

排除标准：

1）中耳病变、蜗后占位、梅尼埃病及大前庭水管综合征等病变；
2）遗传因素和其他致病因素；
3）妊娠期妇女及糖皮质激素应用禁忌者；
4）病历资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Middle ear lesions, retrocochlear mass, Meniere's disease, and large vestibular aqueduct syndrome;
2) Genetic factors and other pathogenic factors;
3) Pregnant women and those with contraindications to glucocorticoid use;
4) Medical records Incomplete information.
