研究目的：

观察胸段硬膜外阻滞对急性胰腺炎ERCP微创手术患者血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶恢复时间的影响，明确其能否减少急性胰腺炎术后酶系指标及炎症指标水平回归正常时间，减轻腹痛、降低并发症发生率及病情严重程度，从而改善急性胰腺炎的预后。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of thoracic epidural block on the recovery time of serum amylase and lipase in patients with acute pancreatitis ERCP minimally invasive surgery, to determine whether it can reduce the time for the levels of enzymes and inflammatory indexes to return to normal after acute pancreatitis, reduce Abdominal pain, reduced complication rate and disease severity, thereby improving the prognosis of acute pancreatitis.

纳入标准：

纳入标准
1)ASA分级I-Ⅲ级；
2)同时满足2012年修订版亚特兰大分类标准诊断三个条件（急性腹痛、血清淀粉酶或血清脂肪酶升高大于正常三倍、增强CT影像学特征）
3)年龄≥18周岁；
4)自愿参加本试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria
1) ASA classification I-III;
2) Acute pancreatitis was diagnosed by the 2012 revised Atlanta classification criteria;Acute abdominal pain, elevation of serum amylase or serum lipase greater than three times normal, enhanced CT imaging features
3) Age ≥ 18 years old;
4) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

排除标准
1）硬膜外麻醉禁忌症（椎体区域皮肤感染、凝血障碍、碘过敏）；
2）妊娠期急性胰腺炎；
3）无法获得同意以及同时参与另一项临床试验的患者；
4）一般情况不允许行十二指肠镜检查者；
5）因合并其他疾病需急诊手术治疗者；
6）有ERCP手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria
1) Contraindications of epidural anesthesia (skin infection in the vertebral body area, coagulation disorder, iodine allergy);
2) Acute pancreatitis during pregnancy;
3) Patients who cannot obtain consent and participate in another clinical trial at the same time;
4) Under normal circumstances, duodenoscopy is not allowed;
5) Those who need emergency surgery due to other diseases;
6) There is a history of ERCP surgery.
