研究目的：

探究不同矫形鞋垫对韧带松弛扁平足儿童的干预效果，为韧带松弛扁平足儿童的治疗提供理论基础和参考信息  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the intervention effect of different orthopaedic insoles on children with flat feet with ligamentous relaxation, and to provide theoretical basis and reference information for the treatment of children with flat feet with ligamentous relaxation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）、足弓指数<0.33；
2）、Beighton评分≥4分；
3）、年龄3-6岁。

Inclusion criteria

1) Arch index＜0.33
2) Beighton score≥4
3) Age3-6

排除标准：

1）、足部骨骼发育畸形（马蹄足、垂直距骨、副舟骨、多趾、并趾、足部包块）；
2）、有足部手术史（马蹄足、垂直距骨、副舟骨、多趾、并趾、足部包块）；
3）、有过鞋垫干预史；
4）、先天性神经肌肉问题（脑瘫）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) deformity of foot bones (horseshoe foot, vertical talus, accessory navicular bone, polydactyly, syndactyly, foot mass);
2) Have a history of foot surgery (horseshoe foot, vertical talus, accessory navicular bone, polydactyly, syndactyly, foot mass);
3) Have a history of insole intervention;
4) Congenital neuromuscular problems (cerebral palsy).

由统计人员采用专业软件生成随机数字表，依据随机表生成随机分组信封，对符合入选和排除标准的受试者，按入组的先后顺序，依次根据信封内分组分入A矫形鞋垫组和B矫形鞋垫组，每个层下分别随机入组。

A random number table is generated by a statistical professional using professional software,and a random grouping envelope is generated based on the random table.Subjects who meet the selection and exclusion criteria are divided into A Orthopedic insole group and B Orthopedic insole group.
