研究目的：

本研究为脉冲场消融治疗仪的上市前注册临床试验，评估脉冲场消融治疗仪用于房颤患者进行导管消融的安全性和有效性，为在国内申报注册提供临床数据依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is a pre marketing registration clinical trial of pulsed field ablation therapy apparatus, to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of pulsed field ablation therapy apparatus for catheter ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation, and to provide clinical data basis for application for registration in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-75 岁之间（含18 岁和75 岁），性别不限；
2.临床明确诊断为房颤者；
3.受试者理解试验过程，并自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Between 18 and 75 years old (including 18 and 75 years old), regardless of gender;
2.Patients with clinical definite diagnosis of atrial fibrillation;
3.The subjects understood the test process and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.左心室射血分数（LVEF）≤40%；
2.心功能NYHA Ⅲ级-Ⅳ级；
3.既往曾行射频消融术不成功或复发病例；
4.妊娠及哺乳期妇女以及一年内计划怀孕者；
5.有明显出血倾向或患血液系统疾病，不能耐受抗凝药物者；
6.急性或严重全身感染，有临床意义的严重肝肾功能异常，未控制的甲亢患者或者恶性肿瘤及终末期疾病的患者；
7.术前确定合并存在多种类型的快速性心律失常；
8.合并有严重器质性心血管疾病；
9.近3 个月内中风及其他脑血管疾病，
10.血栓栓塞性疾病；
11.精神异常或精神病史且不能自主配合者，有癫痫病史的患者；
12.严重过敏体质者；
13.入组前1 个月内参加过任何药物和/或医疗器械的临床试验者；
14.研究人员认为存在任何不适合入选或影响受试者参与研究的其它因素。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <= 40%;
2.Cardiac function: NYHA class Ⅲ - Ⅳ;
3.Previous unsuccessful radiofrequency ablation or recurrent cases;
4.Pregnant and lactating women and those who plan to become pregnant within one year;
5.Those with obvious bleeding tendency or suffering from blood system diseases and unable to tolerate anticoagulant drugs;
6.Acute or severe systemic infection, clinically significant severe liver and kidney dysfunction, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism Or patients with malignant tumors and end-stage diseases;
7.Before operation, it was confirmed that there were many types of tachyarrhythmias;
8.Severe organic cardiovascular disease;
9.Stroke and other cerebrovascular diseases in recent 3 months,
10.Thromboembolic disease;
11.Patients with mental abnormality or history of mental illness who cannot cooperate autonomously, and patients with history of epilepsy;
12.Severe allergic constitution;
13.Those who have participated in clinical trials of any drugs and / or medical devices within 1 month before enrollment;
14.The researchers believe that there are any other factors that are not suitable for inclusion or affect the subjects' participation in the study.
