研究目的：

探讨脑卒中患者早期ILF-TMS的治疗作用，并同rTMS（Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation）相比较。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the therapeutic effect of early ILF-TMS in stroke patients and compare it with that of rTMS (repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）首次发病，且发病在30d内的急性脑卒中患者；（2）30岁≤年龄≤75岁；（3）神志清楚，可配合查体、评分、治疗的患者；（4）患者及家属愿意接受ILF-TMS和rTMS治疗。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients with acute cerebral apoplexy with onset within 30 days; (2) patients aged 30 to 75 years; (3) patients with clear mind, who could be combined with physical examination, score and treatment; (4) patients and their families willing to be treated with ILF-TMS and rTMS.

排除标准：

（1）头颅内置有金属异物者，带有心脏起搏器者，有耳蜗植入者；（2）既往有癫痫史，有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者及有颅高压症状者；（3）严重认知、交流障碍、情绪障碍、烦躁等不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) metal foreign bodies in the skull, pacemakers with cardiac pacemakers, cochlear implants; (2) patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure and symptoms of intracranial hypertension; (3) severe cognitive and communication disorders, Emotional disorders, irritability, etc., can not be matched.
