研究目的：

评估剪切波弹性成像 (SWE) 对危重患者急性肾损伤 (AKI) 早期检测的诊断性能。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the diagnostic performance of shear wave elastography (SWE) for the early detection of acute kidney injury(AKI) in critically ill patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.APACHE II评分≥15分；
2.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.APACHE II score ≥ 15 points;
2.Sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁
2.孕妇
3.既往存在慢性肾脏疾病病史
4.由肾后阻塞引起的AKI
5.存在肾移植病史
6.因患者个体因素或体位限制不能进行超声检查的患者
7.患者同时参与另一个临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age <18 years old
2.Pregnant women
3.Previous history of chronic kidney disease
4.AKI caused by retrorenal obstruction
5.There is a history of kidney transplantation
6.Patients who cannot undergo ultrasonography due to individual patient factors or body position constraints
7.The patient is participating in another clinical trial at the same time
