研究目的：

研究目标如下：（1）评估屈光不正服务结构、过程和结果质量；（2）分析影响屈光不正服务质量的因素；（3）检验基于消费者的简短言语干预对屈光不正服务质量提升的效果。 本研究将有助于政策制定者了解屈光不正服务质量及其影响因素，进而精准施策；同时找到消费者简单易行的言语干预，为有效提升屈光不正的服务质量提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The objectives of the study are as follows: (1) to assess the quality of refractive error service structure, process, and outcomes; (2) to analyze the factors that influence the quality of refractive error services; and (3) to examine the effectiveness of a brief consumer-based speech intervention on improving the quality of refractive error services. This study will help policy makers to understand the quality of refractive error services and the factors that influence them, and then to implement precise policies; and to find simple and easy-to-use consumer-based verbal interventions that can provide a reference basis for effectively improving the quality of refractive error services.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

能够提供验光服务的机构（公立医院、民营医院、眼科医院、私营眼镜店、验光配镜中心和其他眼视光机构等），以及其验光师、视光师、眼科医生等从业人员。

Inclusion criteria

Services: a) public or private hospitals that provide ophthalmology services; b) public or private ophthalmology hospitals; c) hospital affiliated optometry centers; d) optical stores.
Practioners: a) optometrists; b) ophthalmologists.

排除标准：

排除未开设眼科的医院，互联网医院，监狱医院、残疾医院、疗养院和隐形眼镜专营店等；排除销售人员。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion of a) hospitals that do not offer ophthalmology; b) Internet hospitals; c) prison hospitals, hospitals for the disabled, nursing homes; d) contact lens franchise stores.
Exclusion of sales staff.
