研究目的：

探究佩戴N95口罩对轻中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者及健康成人的生理影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the physiological effects of wearing N95 mask on patients with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and healthy adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

COPD患者组纳入标准：1.年龄18-80岁2.足够的体力活动以允许通过无人帮助的步行3.行肺功能检查被诊断患有轻中度慢性阻塞性肺疾病。
健康对照组纳入标准：无心肺疾病及运动障碍等疾病的18-80岁的健康成人。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of COPD patients group:
1. Age 18-80
2. Enough physical activity to allow walking without help
3. The patient was diagnosed with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by pulmonary function examination.
The inclusion criteria of the healthy control group: healthy adults aged 18-80 without cardiopulmonary disease and movement disorders.

排除标准：

COPD患者组排除标准：1.慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期2.重度及极重度慢阻肺患者3.严重呼吸衰竭伴长期氧疗需创机械通气4.严重肝、肾器官衰竭5.2个月内有急性心脑血管事件史6.患有恶性肿瘤7.精神障碍患者8.双下肢运动障碍患者9.孕妇。
健康组排除标准：孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for COPD patients:
1. Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
2. Patients with severe and extremely severe COPD
3. Severe respiratory failure with long-term oxygen therapy requires invasive mechanical ventilation
4. Severe liver and kidney failure
5.Have a history of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events within 2 months
6. Suffering from malignant tumor
7. Patients with mental disorders
8. Patients with lower extremity dyskinesia
9. Pregnant women.
Exclusion criteria of Health Group: pregnant women.
