研究目的：

研究坐位压力生物反馈仪(Pressure Biofeedback Unit，PBU)治疗联合Flexi-bar运动疗法对提高核心不稳人群的核心肌群激活能力、前馈控制能力、腰椎本体感觉和肌肉厚度的影响，为核心不稳人群的核心肌群训练提供便捷有效、适合日常自我评估及锻炼的手段。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effects of pressure biofeedback unit (PBU) therapy combined with Flexi-bar exercise therapy on improving the activation ability of core muscles, feed-forward control ability, lumbar vertebra proprioception and muscle thickness on people with core instability, providing convenient and effective means for training core muscles in people with core instability, suitable for daily self-assessment and exercise.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 18-30岁之间的健康大学生；
2. 使用PBU进行双下肢滑动试验时无法保持压力在40±10 mmHg之间者；
3.无腰痛史；
4.受试对象身体健康状况良好；
5.体质量指数范围在15.0-25.0 kg／m2 内；
6.训练期间保持正常饮食和生活习惯；
7.在整个测试过程中没有任何疾病和运动损伤出现。

Inclusion criteria

1. Healthy college students between the ages of 18 and 30;
2. Those who cannot maintain a pressure between 40±10 mmHg when performing the bilateral lower extremity sliding (BLES) test using PBU;
3. Without history of low back pain;
4. Participants in healthy condition;
5. Body mass index range of 15.0-25.0 kg/m2;
6. Maintain normal diet and living habits during training;
7. Without diseases and sports injuries appear during the entire test.

排除标准：

1. 有过重大疾病史；
2. 不能完成测试者；
3. 不能按要求完成规定动作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With history of major diseases;
2. Participants who cannot complete the test;
3. Participants who cannot complete the prescribed actions as required.
