研究目的：

1.评价乳制品摄入对于不同程度干眼病患者的治疗作用； 2.分析并提取乳制品中有效成分，分析其机制，转化为相关产品应用于临床。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the therapeutic effect of dairy product intake on patients with different degrees of dry eye disease; 2. Analyze and extract active ingredients in dairy products, analyze their mechanisms, and convert them into related products for clinical use.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

（1）样本量：乳制品组与非乳制品组各按干眼症分为轻、中两组，每组90人，共计180人； （2）分组：按严重程度，每组随机分为乳制品干预组（轻、中两组，每组45人）和空白对照组（（轻、中两组，每组45人）； （3）随机化：使用完全随机化的方法，随机数由随机数生成器生成，并根据数字的大小生成随机序列。每个研究对象受到的治疗计划以随机分配的顺序执行，并放置在按照顺序、密封和不透明的信封中。使用信封方法实现分配隐藏。有两套随机信封，以防止研究人员随机调整分组情况。 （4）研究周期：3个月 基线时2组受试者均接受健康教育和干眼防治宣教。乳制品组每天饮用500 g牛奶，不饮奶组在整个实验期内不食用任何奶制品。 （5）检测内容：采集一般信息 泪液分泌、NKIBUT、OSDI问卷、泪膜评价、空腹血糖测定、血脂测定。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

(1) Sample size: The dairy product group and the non-dairy product group were divided into two groups according to dry eye syndrome, mild and moderate, with 90 people in each group, totaling 180 people; (2) Grouping: According to the severity, each group was randomly divided into a dairy product intervention group (two groups of light and moderate, with 45 people in each group) and a blank control group (two groups of light and medium, with 45 people in each group); (3) Randomization: Using a completely randomized method, random numbers are generated by a random number generator, and random sequences are generated according to the size of the numbers. The treatment plan received by each study subject was administered in the order of random assignment and placed in sequential, sealed and opaque envelopes. Allocation hiding is implemented using the envelope method. There were two sets of random envelopes to prevent researchers from randomly adjusting the groupings. (4) Research period: 3 months At baseline, subjects in both groups received health education and dry eye prevention education. The dairy group drank 500 g of milk per day, and the non-dairy group did not consume any dairy products throughout the experimental period. (5) Detection content: collect general information Tear secretion, NKIBUT, OSDI questionnaire, tear film evaluation, fasting blood glucose measurement, blood lipid measurement. 

纳入标准：

（1） 纳入标准：
1）年龄大于18周岁；
2）经临床诊断为干眼症的患者；
3）有效控制血压、血糖或血压、血糖正常者；
4）无明显心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病和精神病。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inclusion criteria:
1) Aged over 18 years old;
2) Patients with clinically diagnosed dry eye;
3) Effective control of blood pressure, blood sugar or normal blood pressure and blood sugar;
4) No obvious heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other serious diseases and mental illness.

排除标准：

（2）排除标准：
1）屈光、白内障等手术后3个月内；
2）患有其他眼部疾病者，如泪道阻塞，其他结膜、角膜病变；
3）患有干燥综合征、类风湿性关节炎等免疫系统疾病者；
4）心、肝、肾功能异常者，或造血系统疾病、精神疾病；
5）怀孕妇女：
6）正参与其他临床试验；
7）乳糖不耐受或乳制品过敏体质；
8）重度干眼症患者
符合上述任意一项者，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

2) People with other eye diseases, such as lacrimal duct obstruction, other conjunctiva and corneal diseases;
3) Those with immune system diseases such as Sj?gren's syndrome and rheumatoid arthritis;
4) Patients with abnormal heart, liver and kidney function, or hematopoietic system diseases and mental diseases;
5) Pregnant women:

7) Lactose intolerance or dairy allergy;
8) Patients with severe dry eye syndrome
