研究目的：

本课题拟在通过检测异常皮肤与临近皮肤之间氨基酸及脂质的代谢情况，探究与疾病色素减退、皮肤弹性减退的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to explore the correlation with disease hypopigmentation and skin elasticity by detecting the metabolism of amino acids and lipids between abnormal skin and adjacent skin.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 年龄在18-60岁；2）选择已经临床或病理确诊为外阴硬化性苔藓或外阴慢性单纯型苔藓；2）没有证据表明使用了包括免疫抑制药物、化疗、抗炎药物、抗组胺药或类固醇在内的药物，或有活动性外阴/阴道感染或高血压/心血管疾病的迹象；3）有意愿参加本次研究，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 18-60 years old; 2) Choose to have clinical or pathological diagnosis of vulvar lichen sclerosus or vulvar lichen simplex; 2) There is no evidence of the use of immunosuppressive drugs, chemotherapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines Drugs or steroids, or have signs of active vulvar/vaginal infection or hypertension/cardiovascular disease; 3) Willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1) 活检结果提示外阴癌或外阴上皮内瘤变者；2) 急性或活动性外阴/阴道感染或高血压/心血管疾病者；3) 妊娠期、哺乳期及月经期妇女； 4）活检前3个月内有物理治疗或糖皮质激素类药物治疗史，3个月内使用了包括免疫抑制药物、化疗、抗炎药物、抗组胺药或类固醇在内的药物，；5）严重基础疾病不能配合或耐受治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Biopsy results suggest vulvar cancer or vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia; 2) Acute or active vulvar/vaginal infection or hypertension/cardiovascular disease; 3) Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women; 4) Before biopsy History of physical therapy or glucocorticoid therapy within 3 months, use of drugs including immunosuppressive drugs, chemotherapy, anti-inflammatory drugs, antihistamines or steroids within 3 months; 5) Severe underlying diseases Inability to cooperate or tolerate treatment.
