本研究旨在通过整群RCT研究，探讨对农村女性进行减盐宣教后是否可以带动整个家庭的盐摄入量减少。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to explore whether the salt reduction education for rural women can lead to the reduction of salt intake in the whole family through a cluster RCT study.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：
（1）家住农村地区，家庭内共同居住成年人≥3人，且有1名女性负责整个家庭烹饪；
（2）研究对象每周在家就餐≥5天；
（3）拥有1台智能手机，用于观看宣传资料；
（4）可以配合完成问卷信息、血压测量和尿液收集；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria:
(1) Living in rural areas, there are ≥ 3 adults living together in the family, and one woman is responsible for the cooking of the whole family;
(2) The subjects eat at home ≥ 5 days a week;
(3) The subjects have a smart phone for viewing promotional materials;
(4) The subjects can cooperate to complete questionnaire information, blood pressure measurement and urine collection;

排除标准：

排除标准：
（1）不能或者拒绝填写基本问卷信息；
（2）不能或者拒绝测量血压者；
（3）不能或者拒绝收集24小时尿样；

由本研究中的统计分析人员利用SAS软件中SAS/STAT模块的PLAN过程，将200个研究家庭共600名研究对象随机分成2组，每组100个家庭，分别为对照组和干预组。

By using the plan process of sas/stat module in SAS software, the statistical analysts in this study randomly divided 200 families, a total of 600 subjects, into two groups, with 100 families in each group, namely, the control group and the intervention group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究中研究对象的数据收集如下： （1）基本信息数据（年龄、性别、BMI等）由本研究调查员通过问卷收集； （2）血压值由调查员利用统一的血压计完成测量收集； （3）24小时尿钠由某省三甲医院中心实验室统一测量完成。 所有数据收集完成后由项目负责人统一保存管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The data of the subjects are collected as follows: (1) The basic information data (age, sex, BMI, etc.) were collected by the investigators of this study through questionnaires; (2) The blood pressure value is measured and collected by the investigator with a unified sphygmomanometer; (3) The 24-hour urinary sodium was measured by the Central Laboratory of a provincial third class hospital. After all data collection is completed, it shall be uniformly saved and managed by the project leader.
