研究目的：

（1）创新性研发鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎网络注册登记平台并推广应用，对鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎实施精准系统管理； （2）建立国际上首个鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎的重症化危重症化和预后评估的预警模型，并对其一致性进行验证； （3）分别使用和对比胸部CT的传统视觉影像、CT定量肺部炎症指数和影像组学在鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎重症化和预后评估价值，建立优化的影像评估策略；  

Objectives of Study：

1) Innovatively develop and popularize the network registration platform of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia, and implement accurate and systematic management of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia; (2) Establish the first international early warning model for severe, critical and prognostic evaluation of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia, and verify its consistency; (3) The traditional visual images of chest CT, CT quantitative lung inflammation index and imaging omics were used and compared in the evaluation of the severity and prognosis of Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia, and an optimized image evaluation strategy was established.

纳入标准：

纳入在注册登记研究中确诊的鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎患者，确诊依据：有发热、咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难等临床表现，有鸟禽类接触式，mNGS或tNGS检测出鹦鹉热衣原体序列。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with Chlamydia psittaci pneumonia diagnosed in the registration study were included. The basis of diagnosis: clinical manifestations such as fever, cough, expectoration and dyspnea, contact with birds and birds, and Chlamydia psittaci sequence detected by mNGS or tNGS.

排除标准：

（1）预后不良，预期生存时间少于24小时
（2）小于18岁
（3）孕妇、哺乳期妇女
（4）患者不能进行胸部CT检查和随访；影像图像质量欠佳

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The prognosis was poor and the expected survival time was less than 24 hours
(2) Less than 18 years old
(3) Pregnant and lactating women
(4) Patients could not have chest CT examination and follow-up; Poor image quality
