研究目的：

通过对aSAH临床诊疗的多中心联合研究，完成对当今自然病史的新认识、临床诊疗新方法的推广应用，构建临床预后评价新系统，推动国内aSAH诊疗体系水平的提升。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the multi-center clinical study on clinical diagnosis and treatment of aSAH, the new understanding of today's natural disease history, the promotion and application of new clinical diagnosis and treatment methods, the establishment of a new clinical prognosis evaluation system, and the promotion of the domestic aSAH diagnosis and treatment system level.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确切的影像学（CTA、MRA、DSA）证据明确诊断为破裂动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血；
2.大于等于18岁；
3.患者及患者家属签订知情同意书，可以遵从长期随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Exact imaging (CTA, MRA, DSA) evidence confirms the diagnosis of ruptured aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage;
2. Aged >= 18 years;
3. The patient and the patient's family signed an informed consent form, and long-term follow-up can be followed.

排除标准：

1.外伤性动脉瘤；
2.非囊性动脉瘤；
3.合并其他疾病如马方综合症、Ehlers-Danlos综合症、已知颅内病变如脑血管畸形、烟雾病病史；
4.拒绝随访的患者；
5.参加其它干预性临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Traumatic aneurysm;2. Non-cystic aneurysm;3. Combined with other diseases such as Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, known intracranial lesions such as cerebrovascular malformation, history of moyamoya disease;4. Patients who refuse to be followed up;5. Participate in other interventional clinical studies.
