研究目的：

（1）探索线上自助式正念减压练习对医护人员心理健康和职业生命质量的有效性。 （2）利用因果中介模型，分析正念减压练习有利于心理健康及生命质量的可能机制，为针对于医护人员线上心理干预的制定提供理论和实践基础。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the effectiveness of online self-help mindfulness-based stress reduction training on the mental health and occupational quality of life of medical staff. (2) Use the causal mediation model to analyze the possible mechanism by which mindfulness-based stress reduction training is beneficial to mental health and quality of life, so as to provide a theoretical and practical basis for the formulation of online psychological interventions for medical staff.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①已取得医师执业资格证书或护士执业资格证书；
②工作时间为1年以上；
③知情同意，并能配合全程完成本研究；
④拥有智能手机和微信应用程序。

Inclusion criteria

①Have obtained a doctor's qualification certificate or a nurse's qualification certificate;
②The working time is more than 1 year;
③Sign the informed consent, and can cooperate with the whole process to complete this research;
④Have a smartphone and WeChat app.

排除标准：

①实习医生或实习护士；
②患有严重躯体疾病；
③服用精神类药物；
④在过去6个月遭受重大创伤事件；
⑤目前正在接受或过去两年接受过相似的干预，如放松训练或认知行为疗法。

Exclusion criteria：

① Trainee doctor or trainee nurse;
② Suffering from serious physical diseases;
③ taking psychotropic drugs;
④ Suffered from major traumatic events in the past 6 months;
⑤ Currently receiving or receiving similar interventions in the past two years, such as relaxation training or cognitive behavioral therapy.
