研究目的：

回顾性研究牙龈内陷的风险因素；并探究不同的拔牙窝处理方法及软组织增量术对牙龈内陷发生的影响，揭示牙龈内陷的发生机制以及影响因素，为临床预防牙龈内陷发生、提升拔牙矫治效率提供理论依据和新策略  

Objectives of Study：

Retrospectively study the risk factors of inverted gums, and explore the effects of different extraction methods and soft tissue augmentation on the occurrence of inverted gums, reveal the occurrence mechanism and influencing factors of inverted gums, and provide theoretical basis and new strategies for clinical prevention of inverted gums and improve the efficiency of tooth extraction orthodontics

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄：小于25岁；②性别不限；③采用固定矫治技术的双侧对称拔牙矫治患者

Inclusion criteria

(1) age: less than 25 years old;(2) gender not limited;(3) using fixed appliance technology of tooth extraction treatment for patients with bilateral symmetry

排除标准：

①吸烟；②怀孕、哺乳期及计划怀孕者；③长期服用非甾体类抗炎药、双磷酸盐、皮质类固醇、四环素、免疫抑制剂等影响骨代谢或骨愈合的药物；④头颈部放疗史；⑤需拔除的前磨牙的相邻牙齿明显错位和扭转者；⑥严重牙周炎患者；⑦拥挤度过大，排齐牙列后无间隙需关闭者

Exclusion criteria：

1) Smoking; 2) Pregnant, lactating and planning to become pregnant; 3) Long-term use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, bisphosphates, corticosteroids, tetracyclines, immunosuppressants and other drugs that affect bone metabolism or bone healing; 4) history of head and neck radiotherapy; 5) those who have obvious misalignment and twists of the adjacent teeth adjacent to the first anterior molar of the lower jaw; 6) patients with severe periodontitis.
