研究目的：

基于循证形成妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者下肢淋巴水肿证据总结，并基于渥太华研究应用模式构建下肢淋巴水肿预防方案，旨在帮助患者预防和延缓下肢淋巴水肿的发生和进展，为妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者开展科学的、合理的预防措施提供理论依据。通过将预防下肢淋巴水肿干预方案在多中心进行临床应用，旨在验证该方案临床实践的有效性和推广性，明确可实施的妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者下肢淋巴水肿的预防方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the evidence-based summary of the evidence of lower limb lymphedema in patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery, and based on the Ottawa research and application model, the lower limb lymphedema prevention program is constructed, aiming at helping patients prevent and delay the occurrence and progression of lower limb lymphedema, and providing theoretical basis for carrying out scientific and reasonable preventive measures for patients after gynecological malignant tumor surgery. Through the clinical application of the intervention program for the prevention of lower limb lymphedema in the multi-center, the purpose is to verify the effectiveness and popularization of the clinical practice of the program, and to identify the feasible prevention program for lower limb lymphedema in patients with gynecological malignant tumor after surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

组织病理诊断为宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、外阴癌、卵巢癌；接受盆腔或腹股沟或腹主动脉淋巴结切除术的手术治疗；年龄≥18岁；自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

Histopathological diagnosis of cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, vulvar cancer, ovarian cancer; Surgical treatment with pelvic or inguinal or aortic lymphadenectomy; ≥18 years of age; Volunteer.

排除标准：

发生下肢静脉血栓、慢性静脉功能不全、心肝肾等重要脏器功能衰竭、低蛋白血症；合并其他癌症或者在研究期间出现癌症复发或转移的患者；精神上无法完成康复训练；在研究期间因其余术后并发症需要改变治疗策略的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Lower limb venous thrombosis, chronic venous insufficiency, heart, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, hypoproteinemia; Patients with other cancers or cancer recurrence or metastasis during the study period; Mentally unable to complete rehabilitation training; Patients who required a change in treatment strategy due to other postoperative complications during the study period.
