研究目的：

开展儿童患者伏立康唑和泊沙康唑的血药浓度监测，依据监测结果进行给药方案优化，并对干预效果进行评价，建立伏立康唑和泊沙康唑的药动学模型，为开展个体化给药方案优化工作提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The plasma concentrations of voriconazole and posaconazole were monitored to provide a basis for the optimization of individualized drug administration. And the effect of individualized drug administration was evaluated. The pharmacokinetic model of voriconazole and posaconazole was established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 因预防或治疗侵袭性真菌病拟使用伏立康唑或泊沙康唑的患者；
2. 年龄0-18周岁，性别不限；
3. 受试者及其监护人愿意遵守研究方案规定的流程和操作；
4. 受试者监护人以及达到独立知情年龄的受试者愿意而且能够提供参加研究的书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who intend to take voriconazole or Posaconazole for the prevention or treatment of invasive mycosis;
2. Age 0-18, gender unlimited;
3. The subject and his/her guardian are willing to comply with the procedures and operations specified in the study protocol;
4. The guardian of the subject and the subject of independent informed age are willing and able to provide written informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1. 已知受试者对任何唑类抗真菌疗法或研究药物所含的其他成分过敏；
2. 研究者认为患儿所处的状况可能干扰参加研究或其他不适宜参加的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The subject is known to be allergic to any azole antifungal therapy or other ingredients contained in the study drug;
2. The researcher believes that the condition of the child may interfere with study participation or other inappropriate conditions.
