Objectives of Study：

to investigate the effect of different adjuvant drugs combined with ropivacaine anesthesia on intratracheal intubation in lumbar spine surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.签署知情同意书；
2.年龄18-75岁；
3.ASA分级I~III级；
4.拟择期行俯卧位腰椎手术的患者
5.手术时间>2h，<6h

Inclusion criteria

1. Signing an informed consent form;
2.Age 18-75 years;
3.Asa Grade I ~ III;
4. Patients scheduled for elective lumbar spine surgery in prone position
5. The operation time was more than 2 hours and less than 6 hours

排除标准：

1.患者具有严重的心血管、肝脏、肾脏等疾病，ASA分级≧IV
2.急诊手术
3.患者存在困难气道或既往有咽喉部手术史
4.患者有肺部慢性疾病史，如：慢性支气管炎、COPD
5.手术时间<2h

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other diseases, ASA grade of Fighting IV
2. Emergency surgery
3. The patient had difficult airway or had a previous history of laryngopharyngeal surgery
4.The patient had a history of chronic lung diseases such as bronchitis and COPD
5. The operation time was less than 2 hours
